What are our office hours?
Our offices are currently staffed as follows. Realtors are more than welcome to use any of our office spaces at any time, including when the office is not staffed. In the event our offices will be unstaffed due to holidays or other reasons, we will continue to communicate this with the entire brokerage.

How do I add an open house to my MLS listing and Realtor.ca?
TRREB
- Log into TRREB
- Scroll down to Popular Realtor Tools
- Click Public Open House
- Once redirected, click the green Add Open House button
- A list of your current listings will appear, click Add beside the listing you would like to add the open house for
- Once redirected, enter the date and time of the open house
- Click Save
BDAR
- Log into Matrix
- From the top menu of the Home Page select Add/Edit
- Select the appropriate listing
- Select Form click Open Houses
- Enter the information for the open house
- Click Submit Listing
When hosting an open house, be sure to notify The Studio via email at [email protected]. Open houses submitted will be promoted on the brokerage’s social media accounts. The Studio will also update your MLS listing and Realtor.ca with your open house.
Please note, Realtor.ca can take up to 48 hours for this information to pull over. We recommend ensuring to add open houses in advance.
How do I update my profile on Realtor.ca?
- Log into CREA Member Portal
- Click Listings Stats
- Once redirected to Realtor.ca, from the top menu click My Tools
- From the dropdown menu select My Profile
- Here you will find the instructions on how to update your profile picture or other information on Realtor.ca which depends on the board(s) you are a member of

How do I join another Real Estate Board?

Do I need to submit photos/virtual tours for my listings through TransactionDesk?
All listing documents are to be submitted using TransactionDesk for processing, however, photos and virtual tours can continue to be submitted via email to the front desk at [email protected] or [email protected].

What documents do I need for a transaction?

Is a Mutual Release still required when no deposit was given?
Yes, a Mutual Release completed by all parties is required to release all parties from the offer. In cases where no deposit was given, under the payable to section ensure to indicate there was no deposit and ensure no amounts or names are inputted. Is there a TransactionDesk mobile app?
Due to CREA, TransactionDesk is only accessible through your Real Estate Board. Therefore, the TransactionDesk mobile app is not accessible for CREA members at this time. TransactionDesk can be accessed by logging into your Real Estate Board through your mobile web browser.

Can a health card be used to identify a client for FINTRAC?
As per FINTRAC, you cannot use a provincial health card for identification purposes where it is prohibited by provincial legislation to use the card as a form of identification or to record the health card number. Click here for more information on FINTRAC compliance.
How can I identify my client for FINTRAC if they do not have a government issued photo ID that can be used?
When identifying your client for FINTRAC, there is a variety of different methods that can be used. For an individual, the following are acceptable methods of identification:
